How I work

You are my primary concern and I am committed to your well-being. I trained as a person-centred therapist and work on a relational basis where I believe the relationship between you and me is essential in providing you with a healing experience. I also believe that you have your own inner coping resources and my role is to facilitate you to make the best use your own experiences and understanding. I create and provide a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment where you can explore and express your innermost thoughts and feelings about your loss. I adopt a flexible and personalised approach when working with you.

I respect your values, beliefs and experience.  We will work at a pace that you are comfortable with and which you can manage.

I offer individual counselling sessions and I also offer couples sessions if you would like to work through and process your grief together. Our work could be open-ended or time-limited depending on your needs. We would meet on a weekly basis and each session will last 60 minutes for both individual and couple sessions.

My private practice is based in Knaphill, Woking, within easy reach of the surrounding area of Surrey and with ample parking.

My work is regularly supervised by a qualified and accredited supervisor which is a requirement of my professional body, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

If you feel that working together with me could have positive benefits for you, please get in touch with me to book an appointment either by phone or text on 07547 641426 or email me on

I look forward to hearing from you.
